What Happens to Your Body When You Switch to A2 Ghee Every Day

Most people who switch to A2 ghee say the same thing: they didn't expect to notice a difference. They thought ghee was ghee. Then a few weeks in, something shifted — digestion felt easier, food felt more satisfying, and that heavy, uncomfortable feeling after meals started to fade. This isn't placebo.
